Residential Fees
Section 2460: The schedule of fees shall be posted in the office of the Zoning Administrator and maybe altered or amended only by the Village Council. Until all applicable fees, charges, and expenses have been paid in full, no action shall betaken on any application or appeal. Schedule of fees updated 12.17.13.
Residential Fees:

Non-Residential Fees:
| New Construction (+Site Review & Square Footage Fees) | $125 | |
