Requests for records may be faxed to 419-491-0096 or emailed to the office assistant.
National Webcheck/Fingerprinting
Electronic Fingerprinting Service for FBI & BCI are available Monday through Friday 10am-1:30pm.
Please complete the request application before arriving for fingerprinting.
Ink fingerprinting is also available Monday through Friday 10am-1:30pm. You must supply your own cards.
